Hello, this is CTNS.

Today, we are pleased to share that the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (Chairman Kang Seok-jin, hereinafter referred to as KOSME) and the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Seattle (Consul General Seo Eun-ji) hosted the '2024 GreenTech Business Conference' in Washington to support Korean startups entering the U.S. market.

CTNS had the opportunity to present an IR at this event.

The '2024 GreenTech Business Conference' was held as a follow-up to the 'Globalization Support Measures for SMES and Startups' announced by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in May.

This initiative was carried out in cooperation with overseas diplomatic missions to support the global market entry of excellent SMEs and startups. It is also an extension of the MOU signed with the Seattle Economic Development Corporation (GSP) during the visit of the Seattle Economic Delegation to Korea in April.

The conference, organized by the K-Startup Center (KSC) Seattle under KOSME, was attended by Kang Seok-jin, Chairman of KOSME; Seo Eun-ji, Consul General of the Republic of Korea in Seattle; Keith Swenson, Assistant Secretary of the Washington State Department of Commerce; Dow Constantine, King County Executive; Sam Cho, Commissioner of the Port of Seattle; Nathan McDonald, President of Keiretsu Forum; and approximately 150 experts, startup and SME representatives.

At the conference, CTNS presented an IR on the theme of 'Smart and Clean Oceans' to local governments, institutions, private companies, and investors, discussing our key business activities and plans for entering the U.S. market.

Following the presentation, we engaged in deep discussions with industry experts and investors about expanding our network and business cooperation in the U.S. and global markets.

Jun-Mo KIM, who conducted the IR presentation, stated, "This event was very beneficial, just like the one in April. We will continue to accelerate our entry into the U.S. market by leveraging our innovative technology and capabilities in the secondary battery industry."

On the same day, KOSME signed an MOU with the City of Seattle (Mayor Bruce Harrell), and the City of Seattle designated June 4, the day of the MOU signing, as 'KOSME DAY(Korean SME Day)' to commemorate the event. KOSME and the City of Seattle pledged to establish a close cooperation system and ensure ongoing collaboration.

With the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups working as ONE TEAM to support domestic companies entering the U.S. market, and the City of Seattle ensuring continuous cooperation, CTNS is determined to enhance its competitiveness amid the rapidly changing global market and to emerge as a Global unicorn in the secondary battery industry.

Thank you.
