CTNS here. On the 20th, we conducted a battery production education for university students at our Changwon headquarters.
After a theoretical education related to secondary batteries, a one-day class-style practical training course was held where students could directly create a 3S2P lead sheet product, with 30 students from Changwon University participating.
The session began with an introduction to the secondary battery industry and the company, followed by a business outlook for secondary batteries, and basic theoretical education on electricity and batteries.
After the theoretical education, we moved on to the hands-on practice. Safety is of utmost importance in battery production, so it is essential to fully understand the precautions before the practice.
The battery pack production practice process consisted of array design - preparation work - SPOT welding - circuit attachment - finishing work - top plate terminal connection - case mounting, and each participant had to complete one battery pack.
The process of making a 3S2P lithium-ion battery pack was conducted under the supervision of skilled engineers to ensure accurate practice and safety.
Although the class was conducted in one day, the difficulty level varied greatly as the production space and tools are essential for making batteries, so progress differed individually.
All 30 participants successfully completed the education. This training was a time to enhance understanding of secondary batteries by actually creating them.
Unlike regular Changwon one-day classes or group training, the satisfaction was higher because it was not a product that can be commonly made. We hope it was a beneficial time for you. Thank you.
