The Company website can be used without creating an account; personal information is collected only when an inquiry is submitted. All items are entered directly by the data subject.
| Website inquiry | Required | Optional |
|---|
| Battery pack requirements inquiry | Company name, contact name & title, email, phone | Project information and requirements (quantity, delivery, voltage, capacity, etc.), attachments |
| Business inquiry | Name, company & title, phone, inquiry type and message | Email |
| Battery pack life benchmarking consultation | Name, company name, phone, email, application field, main questions of interest | Job title, current stage, number of packs to compare, pack size, availability of operating logs, preferred start date, consultation method, message, preference for an NDA first |
| Battery pack life benchmarking operating conditions | Company name, contact name, email, phone | Job title and six-step groups: equipment type and name, and equipment and battery pack specifications, operating patterns, charging method, usage environment, available data information (log type, interval, period and fields), comparison objectives (including pack count and condition, replacement capacity criterion, desired deliverables and schedule) |
| AI chat | — | Information the user enters in the conversation (company, name, email, phone, requirements, etc.) |
Neither pack life benchmarking form collects file attachments. Detailed specifications, operating logs and sample files are received separately only after an NDA is signed. Available data questions ask only which records are held; operating and location records themselves are not collected. Optional items are processed for the same purpose and period only with separate optional consent; submission remains available without it. Required and optional consent choices are also recorded with the submission. Submissions are delivered to a common mailbox as internal emails and PDF summaries for Sales PM and R&D review, and forwarded to the internal inquiry intake system when that integration is configured. Customers receive only fixed confirmation guidance without their submitted content or a PDF.
AI chat conversations are not stored on the Company’s servers; content organized during the chat is received only when the user transfers it to the inquiry form and submits it. However, chat content is transmitted to Anthropic, PBC (USA, https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy) via the Claude API to generate AI responses (see Article 7).
Right after an inquiry is received, the internal sales system (CSMS) sends the company name, inquiry type and inquiry content to Anthropic’s Claude API to summarize and classify the inquiry (see Articles 6 and 7). Name, email and phone fields are excluded, but the submitted message itself may contain personal information typed by the user.
